What does the onboarding process entail?
The first step is to complete a client inquiry form, giving me insight into your needs and how we can best collaborate. If we’re a good fit, I’ll send you a link to book a 30-minute discovery call. This call helps me understand your business goals, recommend the right services, and set expectations for timelines and deliverables. Afterward, you’ll receive a project proposal outlining package options, costs, and the process. Once you confirm and select a package, I’ll send a contract and invoice for a 50% deposit. After onboarding, we’ll finalise timelines and officially begin your project!
How long does the branding or social media process take?
Timelines vary depending on the scope of the project. Branding projects typically take 4-6 weeks to complete, while social media management is ongoing with monthly strategy reviews. Once we discuss your specific needs, I’ll provide a detailed timeline to ensure we stay on track.
What if I’m not satisfied with the results delivered?
I understand that aligning visions and expectations can be challenging. That’s why I have all potential clients complete an inquiry form and schedule a discovery call to ensure we’re on the same page. Revisions are included based on your selected package, with additional revisions available at an extra cost. Since work begins immediately and progresses through key milestones, refunds are not offered. However, clients may pause or stop a project at any time if they feel it’s not the right fit.

That’s okay! My process is designed to help you gain clarity. During our discovery call, I’ll ask questions to understand your goals and guide you toward the best solution for your brand.
